Cancellation policy

BoxUnboxed — Purchase Options & Deposit Cancellation Policy

BoxUnboxed uses deposits for custom jewelry requiring CAD/design work, motorized pergola orders, and Studio Accent Suite / Acoustic Slat Wood Panel orders.

For motorized pergola and Studio Accent Suite / Acoustic Slat Wood Panel orders, a 50% deposit is due at checkout to begin the applicable production process. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.

Deposit amounts and payment stages for custom jewelry requiring CAD/design work are provided in the applicable product listing, quote, or order terms.

Ordinary sourced-to-order products, ordinary pre-orders, and standard made-to-order products that do not use a deposit do not automatically require a deposit. Sourcing or manufacturing a product after purchase does not, by itself, make it custom or non-returnable.

We will review cancellation requests based on the applicable order stage and terms. Please review the Refund & Return Policy for the existing stage-based cancellation terms.

Any product-specific custom cancellation or return terms will be provided before payment where applicable.
